At Lift-Parts, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a clear and reliable 1-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms

  • All products purchased from Lift-Parts are covered by our standard 1-year warranty.

  • The warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects.

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.

Use of Warranty Stickers

To make a warranty claim, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must have the original Lift-Parts warranty sticker.

  • The sticker must be visible, undamaged, and authentic.

  • The sticker serves as proof of purchase and activates the warranty period.

Return Conditions for Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims are valid only if the product is returned within the 1-year warranty period.

  • Products without the original warranty sticker are not eligible for warranty.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to Lift-Parts.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use or installation

  • Product modifications or alterations

  • Physical damage from drops or impacts

  • Normal wear and tear
